Hearty Grilled Beef Recipes That Are Truly Satisfying

One of the most popular grilled meats is beef. No wonder; you can choose from a large number of cuts depending on your mood. There are wings, skirt steak, porterhouse, brisket, tenderloin, sirloin and more – all great for the grill. So, if you want to try delicious beef, these beef recipes are what you are looking for!

Ribeye steak with peaches and spices

What do you need:

  • 6 beef steaks, 1 inch thick

  • 12 peaches, peeled, pitted and halved

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of ground thyme

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of paprika

  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

  • Fresh sprigs of thyme

Combine salt, 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powders, lemon pepper seasoning, cumin, and red pepper. Rub both sides of each steak with the mixture. Cook steaks on preheated grill, covered, to desired doneness. When ready, remove from heat and leave for 8-10 minutes. Cook the peaches over indirect heat for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl, combine remaining black pepper, balsamic vinegar, ground thyme, butter, and sugar. Fold grilled peaches into the mix, then serve with steak topped with fresh thyme sprigs.

Flank Steak Salad with Cilantro Dressing Grilled Style

What do you need:

  • 1/4 kilogram beef steak, fat cut into diamonds and pulled

  • 1 corn, husks and silks are removed

  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 yellow bell peppers, seeded and halved

  • 2 onions, chopped

  • 2 cups mixed greens

Cilantro dressing

  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and quartered

  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon of water

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons of honey

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Combine garlic, lime juice, cilantro, onion, water, olive oil, honey, pepper powder, cumin, and salt in a blender or food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and smooth. Place half of the dressing in a covered container and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. Pour the remaining half into a sealed plastic bag and place the steaks in the bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. When done, remove the meat from the bag and discard the excess marinade. Rub corn, sweet pepper and onion with olive oil. Grill meat and corn on medium heat for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Fry the sweet pepper for the last 8 minutes and the onion for the last 4 minutes. Thinly slice the steaks. Combine grilled meat, grilled vegetables, greens and tomatoes on a serving platter. Top with cilantro sauce.
